Services Provided

Junior Heating and Cooling provides cooling and electrical services, including but not limited to:

  • Mini Split AC installations
  • New AC installations
  • Electrical services (rewiring, installations, etc.)
  • AC maintenance and service plans

Service Agreement

A service agreement is required for all work performed. By accepting our service, you agree to the following terms:

  • Scope of Work: Details of the services provided will be outlined in a service agreement or contract.
  • Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed.
  • Additional Costs: Any additional costs not included in the initial estimate must be approved by the customer before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduling: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred time.
  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may incur a cancellation fee.

Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Access: You must provide access to the property and work area during the scheduled service time.
  • Information: Accurate information about the property and any specific requirements should be provided to ensure proper service.

Warranty and Guarantees

  • Workmanship Warranty: We offer a warranty on our workmanship. The duration and terms of the warranty will be detailed in the service agreement.
  • Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturer warranties for products installed will be honored as per the manufacturer’s terms.

Limitation of Liability

Junior Heating and Cooling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact us directly. We will address your concerns promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Junior Heating and Cooling and may not be used without our express permission.
